Home / BME FIXED INCOME / STOCK EXCHANGE >

The Spanish Fixed Income market is used to trade Bank of Spain book-entry public debt (debt issued by the Spanish State, autonomous regions or certain public bodies) and other assets issued by other entities or private, public or semi-public companies.

All fixed income assets admitted to trading are traded on the continuous electronic trading market with prices and trading disseminated in real time. Access to this platform is via SIBE, through Sibe terminals and external certified applications. Members of the four Spanish stock exchanges and entities adhered for book-entry Public Debt via stock market members can trade in this system.

Furthermore, the stock exchange System provides liquidity to the Bank of Spain Direct Accounts, enabling book-entry Public Debt selling operations to the Direct Accounts holders.
